Privacy Policy

When using the my.bishopmanogue.org website – My Backpack all transactions are processed securely. All information you input is encrypted before it is sent to us. We collect certain information including, but not limited to: IP address, login information, name, address, telephone, email and banking information such as account numbers or credit card numbers. Any data we collect is protected from unauthorized access.

Only authorized school staff at Bishop Manogue will be able to view your information. Bishop Manogue does not share any information with any third party other than banking institutions, credit card companies, and transaction processing companies to verify and process payments.

Your address and email address may be included in future mailings. If you do not want to be included please email support@bishopmanogue.org to be removed from our mailing lists.

By using the my.bishopmanogue.org website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described herein. Should the school change the privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page.

In the event you believe this privacy policy has been violated, please contact us at 775-336-6000 so that we may resolve the issue as expeditiously as possible.

Delivery/Timing

Tuition payment enables a student to receive education throughout the normal 180 day school year. Books and clothing will be delivered immediately upon payment. In the rare case of a backordered book, the product will be delivered as soon as the item is received in the bookstore and alternative arrangements for use will be made in the interim.

Financial obligations are directly related to the continued enrollment of a student at Bishop Manogue. Bishop Manogue reserves the right to withhold registration privileges, report cards, transcripts and diplomas until all financial obligations have been satisfied. Non-payment of tuition or other fees could result in the dismissal of a student.

Return/Refund Policy

All application and registration fees are non-refundable. Any student who voluntarily or involuntarily withdraws from Bishop Manogue Catholic High School prior to the 11th business day following the official start of a semester will receive a 100% refund on tuition, fees and books. Any student who voluntarily or involuntarily withdraws from Bishop Manogue on or after the 11th business day following the official start of a semester forfeits all fees and the tuition due or paid for that semester.
