Bishop Manogue Catholic High School recognizes and embraces the fact that country borders are not as distant and barricading as they once were. The twenty-first century has seen a rapid shift from national communities to a global community with advancements in technology, travel, broader business spectrums, communication, and education. Bishop Manogue believes in the value of a global education, of broadening our community’s awareness and acceptance of other cultures and peoples, and of welcoming students from other countries to our campus. Our International Program, founded in 2010, testifies that we continue to strive to find ways to educate the total person in the changing face of society.
Why Manogue?
Bishop Manogue Catholic High School welcomes students from all countries who are interested in attending high school in the United States. We offer a diploma program, where students attend Bishop Manogue for four years, and a semester or year-long exchange program, as well as English Language Learning classes in Chinese, French, Spanish and Russian. Each of our international students receives a peer mentor through the I Friends Program for their first year on campus, there is a separate academic counselor to see to all international student needs, and there is a start-of-school orientation just for international students. Bishop Manogue is an active community with many ways for all of our students to be involved. Our campus supports approximately 28 different clubs and extra-curricular organizations and 19 varsity sports teams. We have multiple retreat opportunities throughout the year and leadership events that allow students to experience academic and social life in the United States.
Bishop Manogue does not offer boarding facilities or arrange host families.
