12-15-11: Additional Senior Tribute Information
Hello Senior Parents,
Because we have some parents who did not receive their initial Senior Tribute information package, we are making the documents available here again. Just click here to download the information and order form.
Also, in an effort to give those who are receiving the information later a bit more time, we are also offering the following option for reserving a senior tribute ad:
You may send in your order form indicating what size ad you would like to reserve without photos and/or payment. This MUST be received by the initial deadline of Friday Dec. 23. You may send partial payment if you wish.
Indicate on the order form that payment and/or photos will be forthcoming, and please be sure to provide contact information should we need clarification.
All photos and complete payment need to be received as soon as possible after Christmas, and they MUST be received no later than Friday, January 20. This is the absolute deadline and is non-negotiable. Please be sure all materials are turned in no later than Friday, January 20.
Digital images can be emailed to srtribs@gmail.com. Printed photos, tribute forms and payment can be dropped off at the main office, marked “Senior Tributes.” The main office will be closed Dec. 26—Dec. 30, but will be staffed during the remainder of the Christmas break.
Checks should be made out to Bishop Manogue Catholic High School.
