Let’s Pack the House: Broadway Bits to Benefit Bishop Manogue!

What’s better than a fun night of live entertainment?

A fun night of live entertainment for a great cause!

The 6th Annual “Broadway Bits” production by the Sierra School of Performing Arts (SSPA) will include a single performance to benefit Bishop Manogue Catholic High School. On the night of Saturday, Feb. 4, SSPA will donate half of the box office to the school’s Tuition Assistance Program. Last year the school awarded more than $500,000 in tuition assistance to help students cover the cost of attendance, and the need continues to grow. A sellout crowd on “Manogue Night” could raise more than $2,000 for that cause.

In addition to helping students at Bishop Manogue, you’ll be watching students from Bishop Manogue! This year’s “Broadway Bits”cast includes three current students, James French, Ashley Laughlin, and Charlie Manoukian, and is also under the direction of former Manogue drama teacher, Janet Lazarus. The show features local thespians, singers and actors showcasing more than 20 of Broadway’s greatest moments, including songs from “Wicked,” “Oliver,” “West Side Story,” and “Spamalot.”

Tickets to the “Manogue Night” performance and other dates are available at the door, or in advance at http://sierraschoolofperformingarts.org/. Ticket prices are $16 adults, $12 students/seniors in advance, or $20 adults, $15 students/seniors at the door.
