Multimedia Boot Camp at UNR
A Multimedia Boot Camp is being held at UNR June 11-21 and Bishop Manogue can nominate one current junior to attend. The two week camp will offer rigorous instruction by the UNR faculty in a wide range of media and research activities, and using a full range of multimedia equipment and software. The Boot Camp graduate that exhibits the greatest potential will be named a Smallwood Foundation Scholar and awarded a one year $2,500 Undergraduate Assistantship to attend UNR. In addition, the student will be given a paid job in @One, the Knowledge Center’s multimedia area, during their undergraduate career at UNR. BMCHS can only nominate one student for this experience. Interested juniors need to sign up on Ms. McClintock’s door.
