Just a reminder THIS EVENING, August 21, the Parent’s Association is hosting a “Meet and Greet” for parents, administration, professional, faculty, and staff. This will take place in the Student Community Center from 5:00 -6:30.
Senior Sunrise is THIS Thursday, August 23 @ 6:30 a.m.

Grandparent’s Day
Students! We are holding our first-ever Bishop Manogue Grandparents Day celebration on Sunday, Sept. 9 and we need YOUR help so that all of your awesome grandmas and grandpas get the message. This week in first period, teacher will have special invitations available for you to share with your grandparents, near or far. Please pass them on to all the grandparents in your life so we can show them how much we appreciate them being part of our Manogue Family!
STUDENT DRIVERS:
If you are driving to school, you must purchase a parking permit & complete parking permit forms to park on campus. Parking permits are available at the Attendance Window. Starting Monday August 20, if you do not have a permit and you are parking in our parking lot, you may be subject to being towed. REMEMBER YOU MAY NOT PARK IN VISITOR OR STAFF PARKING AREAS OR IN THE ST. ROSE OF LIMA PARKING LOT.
National Anthem at Events
Any Bishop Manogue Student that would like to perform the national anthem for any Manogue Event or Athletic game needs to come and schedule an audition time with Mr. Satalick in the Music room. This can be a vocal or instrumental opportunity. See Mr. Satalick if you have questions

Remember: the Parking Lot is off limits during school hours!!
Students have all been issued school lockers. DO NOT use your car as your locker as the parking lot is off limits during school hours. You may NOT go to your car for a forgotten binder, book or assignments or to get lunch or break money or food!! All these items should be brought into school in the morning and placed in your school locker.

Quest Information:
After notifying the students who had signed up for the last Quest last year that was canceled, Campus Ministry has now opened up the next quest to any Freshmen or Sophomore who is interested. The dates are September 23-24. The forms are in Campus Ministry. Please return form by Thursday.
Quest 31 Leaders. You have a short meeting with Cobb in Chapel on Wednesday August 22 right after school.
Service Hours Opportunity:

Time: 6pm-7:30pm
Place: Courtyard on southern side of Damonte Ranch High School
Purpose: Fight 4 Air – American Lung Association in Nevada Run (half- marathon, 5K 10K, Walk) event to raise funds in support lung health education and programs in Northern Nevada: clean air, tobacco education, asthma, lung cancer, COPD, RADON Awareness
Activity: Event Expo Area set-up – move tables, assemble pop-up tents, unload uhaul
