Nevada Youth Empowerment Project, Ongoing

Nevada Youth Empowerment provides residential and out patient programming and education to prepare willing older youth for independent self sufficient living.  There are looking for students to act in their behalf as outreachers.  You would be advertising by going to places where young people are (malls, movies, river, citicenter, colleges, schools, downtown, etc) to hand out bracelets and flyers,  put up posters, and otherwise get the word out about the Homeless youth count event.  There is also an ongoing need for volunteers in other areas.  Interested seniors, contact Monica DuPea, Executive Director of Nevada Youth Empowerment Project P: (775) 747-2073 or monica.nyep@gmail.com.
