360 Blueprint – Service opportunity for our students

A collaboration effort of the Reno Police Department, Washoe County School District, and Local Community Churches, 360 Blueprint is a mentoring program with two theme components, reading and relationships. The age group our program works with are children from first to sixth grade. Our program uses different techniques to teach the children how to read using kindles, and fun reading games. We ask for one hour a week as a requirement but would like it if two hours could be completed. If you want to make a difference in a local student’s life then contact 360blueprint.org and in the top right hand corner is a volunteer application button. Students or parents with questions may send Ashley Barrett an email at 360blueprint@gmail.com or call for more information at 775-324-2583.
