From Bishop Manogue’s Principal and President
Dear Bishop Manogue Families,
In our nearly twenty years in Catholic education, we have never experienced a situation quite like this. As educators and as parents, we understand the conflicting emotions, the heightened tensions, and the frustrations as our usual way of life and education is being profoundly impacted.
When decisions are made that impact our school and our students, please know that they are made seriously, with thought, contemplation, consultation, and prayer. We take our role as caretakers of this school and our students seriously and solemnly.
There is nothing more important to us than the health and well-being of our school community, our students, and our employees. In light of this and in consultation with the Bishop and the Diocese of Reno, we have made the decision to transition to digital learning next week, and we are closing our campus and canceling school events beginning March 14 until April 30, or as directed by health and government officials.
