|IT HELPDESK + TICKETING SYSTEM|
The Helpdesk exists to provide streamlined support for students and staff and to create a focal point for the tech team so that we can be aware of, keep track of, and address ongoing issues across the school.
TO CREATE A TICKET:
Create a ticket by emailing Helpdesk@BishopManogue.org with the following information
- Name of person with the IT problem
- Problem Description
- Problem Location
There is a 24-hour response time.

Adobe Creative Suite
Students now have full access to Adobe Creative Suite! All they need is their student email/password to login.

- Download Adobe Creative Cloud HERE
Microsoft Office 365
Students can use the online versions of Microsoft Office applications, or download and install the full versions. All they need is their student email/password to login.
Password Reset Portal
Once enrolled in the Password Reset Portal, students and staff can reset their account password using THIS LINK. Users will need to be able to answer the security questions created during the enrollment process.
