Scholarship Value – $1500 (each to one graduating boy and girl)
The Taylor Conte Memorial Scholarship has been established by Stephen and Pam Conte, alumni parents of Bishop Manogue, in memory of their son Taylor. Taylor graduated from the class of 2008 and was an avid golfer during his time at Bishop Manogue. After Taylor’s untimely death in 2022, the Conte’s chose to honor Taylor’s memory by helping two graduating seniors continue their education at a college, university, community college, or trade school. The one-time scholarship winners will be selected by the scholarship committee, with the first recipient being chosen in the spring of 2023.
Candidates for this scholarship must meet the following criteria:
1. Currently attending Bishop Manogue Catholic High School.
2. Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above.
3. Must have played on the BMCHS golf team for at least two seasons.
4. Committee will select one male and one female recipient annually
Recipients must submit proof of enrollment prior to scholarship funds being disbursed.
Funds will be sent directly to the Financial Aid office of the school the recipient attends.
Funds will be disbursed in two halves, one at the beginning of each semester.
