• When will you begin accepting applications?

  Applications open each fall, typically in early October.

• Do you take transfer students?

  Yes, however, the application process differs for transfer students. Please contact admissions@bishopmanogue.org for additional information.

• Do you offer school tours?

  Yes. Please call the Admissions office to make an appointment for a family tour. You can also click here to schedule a campus tour.

• What is a Shadow Day?

  A Shadow day is an opportunity for prospective students to shadow a current Bishop Manogue student for a day. This gives them a better understanding of what a regular day at BMCHS is like, from attending classes to eating lunch and other daily activities. Schedule a student shadow day HERE.

• What is the difference between financial aid and scholarship?

  Scholarships are donor-based and are distributed based on merit and need. Financial aid is solely need-based, and it comes in the forms of tuition assistance and grants. You can learn more about scholarships and financial aid here.

• Do you offer financial aid?

  Yes, Bishop Manogue offers Tuition Assistance to those families who qualify after submitting an application through SMART AID. SMART AID is an independent, third party agency that determines financial need based on information provided on the application, including an annual federal tax return. It is need-based and is distributed based on funds available. You can fill out the application here.

• When can I apply for scholarships?

  Please watch the BMCHS Wire email newsletter for information about scholarship deadlines. They are typically posted in November and due back in mid-January.

• How can I sign up to receive the BMCHS Wire email newsletter?

  Email bmchsinfo@bishopmanogue.org for the latest edition and to be added as a subscriber. 

• Can I make monthly tuition payments?

  Yes. You will set up a payment plan at the time of enrollment.

• Are books included in the tuition fee?

  No. Textbooks and other materials may be purchased here.

• Is my child enrolled?

  Please check your account using your parent ID and password. Your student's status will show as enrolled if you have completed all required enrollment steps.

• When will I receive my student's schedule?

  You will receive your student's schedule in mid-July.

• How do I check my student's grades?

  Log on to Blackbaud using the parent login information to access student grades.

• How can I add money to my student's lunch account?

  To add funds, visit your students Lunch Tab account HERE.

• How does my student get spirit wear?

  There is an online store available HERE where you can purchase spirit wear. We also provide Pop-Up shops throughout the school year to purchase special items.  If your student plays sports they will receive an order form for spirit packs. Student Leadership will also sell t-shirts for special events such as Welcome Back Week, Homecoming, Winterfest, etc.

• Do you have an open campus?

  No, Bishop Manogue is a closed campus.

• Does my student need to do service hours?

  Yes, each student needs to complete 100 service hours prior to graduation. For specific information, please view the Christian Service page.

• How many parent hours due each year?

  Each school year 20 service hours are required per family. If you have more than one student attending Bishop Manogue, you only need to fulfill the 20-hour requirement.

• What is required of me to be allowed to work around students?

  If you will be volunteering where you will be coming in contact with students you must first complete a Protecting God's Children class through the Diocese. You will also be required to submit paperwork for a background check. Please click HERE for the appropriate paperwork and instruction. You will also have to stay up-to-date with the monthly Virtus news bulletins. Hours worked may be denied if proper steps have not been completed prior to volunteering.

• How do I earn parent hours?

  Parent hours must be performed with an activity directly benefiting Bishop Manogue. Parent service opportunities will be published in the Weekly Wire.

• What if I can't work off the hours?

  Each hour not completed will be billed at $25 per hour.

• Do I get hours for driving athletes to games?

  Yes, however, you must complete Bishop Manogue driver paperwork each year before driving students. Please click HERE for instructions on how to complete the appropriate paperwork.
