2025-2026 Re-Enrollment Now Open

Re-enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year opened Monday, March 3. Please look for an email sent Monday morning with new re-enrollment details, instructions, and links.
Important Deadlines and Enrollment Fees:- March 3–12: Early Re-enrollment - $700
- March 13–May 15: Re-enrollment - $775
- May 16–August 1: Late Enrollment - $1,000 (No re-enrollment will be accepted after August 1)
- June 13: Parish Affiliation Discount Form is due (no late forms will be accepted)
2025-2026 Tuition & Fees- Annual Tuition Rate: $15,600
- Early Re-enrollment Fee: $700 ($775 after March 12)
- Textbook Fee: $400
- Senior Grad Fees: $325 (incoming seniors only)
Payment- During re-enrollment, you will choose your tuition payment plan for the upcoming school year.
- If you pay the re-enrollment fee by check, your student's re-enrollment will not be marked as complete until the payment is received and processed by the Bishop Manogue Business Office. Make checks payable to Bishop Manogue Catholic High School.
Applying for a Parish Discount:
If you’re seeking a Catholic parish discount, please print THIS FORM and submit it to your parish. Your discount will not be applied until the form is signed by your parish and returned to the Bishop Manogue Business Office no later than June 13, 2025. Late forms will not be accepted.

Hazel Health: Telehealth for Students
We’re thrilled that Bishop Manogue is now partnering with Hazel Health to bring telehealth services directly to our students! This program makes it easy for students to access both mental and physical health appointments during school hours, ensuring their well-being is always a priority. Opt-in for Emergency Communications
ALL current students and parents/guardians must have a wireless phone number properly input into Blackbaud so this communication platform can work to the best of its ability. Follow the steps below to ensure your wireless phone number is added to your Blackbaud account. If your mobile number is already listed in Blackbaud, you do not need to make any changes.
- Login to Blackbaud
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- From the dropdown, select “Profile”
- In the “phone” section of your Contact Card, select “add phone”
- Select “Wireless” under “phone type”
- “Add New Phone” and provide your WIRELESS phone number including the area code
- Save changes
**Note: You may be required to provide a verification code
Parent Volunteer Reminder
We’re thrilled to kick off the new school year and look forward to seeing you all soon! Before you start earning volunteer hours, please remember to fulfill the Diocese of Reno’s volunteer requirements:
1. Create a Virtus account at www.virtusonline.org.
2. Register under “Reno, Nevada (Diocese)/Site: Bishop Manogue Catholic High School.”
3. Complete the Protecting God’s Children training.
4. Complete the background check through the Virtus portal.
If you already have an account, please ensure it remains compliant throughout the year, including the summer, until your time with Bishop Manogue concludes.
Please be aware that volunteer hours cannot be awarded if there is no account or if the account is not compliant during your volunteer time. Each volunteer must have their own individual account.

To volunteer at Bishop Manogue Catholic High School, volunteers must meet criteria set by the Diocese of Reno. Please visit your Parent Resource Board to access Background Verification, Drivers License Verification, and Virtus Online information.
We appreciate the partnership we have with parent support. At Bishop Manogue Catholic High School each family is responsible for completing 20 hours of service to the school each year or pay a service hour fee of $500. Families who do not complete their required 20 hours are assessed $25 per hour for every hour not fulfilled. Parent Service hours are billed in May. Bishop Manogue Catholic High School is a four-year Catholic, co-educational private high school in Reno, Nevada. The only Catholic high school in northern Nevada, it is a separately incorporated non-profit diocesan school operated under the authority of the Diocesan Bishop, Daniel H. Mueggenborg.
