2024 Laptop Requirements
Beginning Fall 2024, Macbooks, iPads/Tablets, and Chromebooks will not be acceptable devices for incoming students. New software requirements, as well as the movement towards total online standardized and AP testing require Windows laptops.
Existing students currently using a Macbook, iPad/Tablet, or Chromebook for school will continue to be supported. If you are an existing student and need to replace your device, it must adhere to the new standards set in this LINK.
Miner Family Return 2023-2024
As students return there are a few new and exciting changes being implemented this year. Those changes and additions are highlighted in the 2023-2024 Miner Family Return for your convenience and review. The 2023-2024 Miner Family Return will be available July 31, 2023.
Opt-in for Emergency Communications
If you are not already receiving text notifications from Bishop Manogue, you should have received an opt-in invitation text message from Bright Arrow, our emergency communication system. In order to receive voice calls, emails, and text messages regarding inclement weather and other emergent notifications, be sure to opt-in by texting “YES” to 87569. Thursday Adoration
Thursday Adoration is back for the 2023/2024 school year! Parents are welcome to sign up for a time on Thursdays to spend time with the Lord in the Holy Eucharist and earn parent service hours by doing so.

CLASS OF 2025: Attention Incoming Seniors! In compliance with Nevada state law, all students entering the 12th grade must be up-to-date on their Meningococcal vaccine. Students must receive at least one dose of the quadrivalent meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4) on or after age 16. Immunization records can be found on Nevada WebIZ.
Students not up-to-date on their vaccines prior to the start of school will be excluded until proof of vaccine can be provided. Please submit proof of vaccination to Mary Ann Michels, Registrar if you have not already done so.

Parent Service Hours
Check out the Service Opportunities page for updates and information about ongoing and new volunteer opportunities. Reminder, all families must log 20 service hours per year.
To volunteer at Bishop Manogue Catholic High School, volunteers must meet criteria set by the Diocese of Reno. Please visit your Parent Resource Board to access Background Verification, Drivers License Verification, and Virtus Online information.
We appreciate the partnership we have with parent support. At Bishop Manogue Catholic High School each family is responsible for completing 20 hours of service to the school each year or pay a service hour fee of $500. Families who do not complete their required 20 hours are assessed $25 per hour for every hour not fulfilled. Parent Service hours are billed in May. For additional information on this requirement please refer to page 51 of the Parent/Student Handbook which can be located in the "Quick Links" on the upper right corner of the website.

Bishop Manogue Catholic High School is a four-year Catholic, co-educational private high school in Reno, Nevada. The only Catholic high school in northern Nevada, it is a separately incorporated non-profit diocesan school operated under the authority of the Diocesan Bishop, Daniel H. Mueggenborg.
